Parking Information

Free parking is available in the lot in front of the dispensary or the lot between us and Dunkin Donuts. Accessible parking is marked and close to the front entrance between the dispensary and Consumers Credit Union building.

FAQ’s

Yes. You must be 21+ with a valid government-issued photo ID to enter and shop at Tru
Essence.

We accept cash, debit and AeroPay. An on-site ATM is available for your convenience. Credit cards
are not accepted due to current federal banking regulations.

Absolutely! Place your order through our Menu and we’ll have it ready in minutes!

Due to Illinois state regulations, cannabis products cannot be returned or exchanged once you have left our limited access area (sales floor). If you have not yet exited the limited access area, we may be able to process a return or exchange. Please speak to a staff member immediately before leaving.

We can only process defective product replacements within 30 days. You may not bring cannabis products back into the store, even if defective. If your product is defective, email info@trueil.com with:

  • Your receipt number

  • Clear photos and/or video showing the defect

    Our team will review and contact you with next steps.

Yes. Non-cannabis items such as apparel or accessories may be returned or exchanged if defective and accompanied by proof of purchase.
